Our Story
The Wemu journey started after CEO and founder Jeph Fernandez left his job at a top New York marketing
agency to strike out on his own. He soon realized how daunting and challenging starting your own business
was.
He noticed how time-consuming entrepreneurship could be. He was spending money on multiple business
management apps providing similar and yet incomplete services, all the while working to grow his venture.
He
then decided to build a tool for small business owners just like him. He wanted to incorporate all the
lessons he learned in running a business, in hopes of simplifying as much of the process as possible
(because no one tells you how!).
Thus he developed Wemu in 2019, an all-in-one app that would streamline
business processes, save time and enable owners to focus on growing their business instead of worrying about
managing the ‘business side’ of business.
