By accessing or using the Wemu platform, website, and mobile applications (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including business owners, team members, and customers who interact with the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wemu provides a business management platform that includes tools for product and service management, online booking, team management, invoicing, expense tracking, task management, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant Wemu a limited license to use, process, and store Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not access, use, or share Your Data for any other purpose without your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Wemu Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wemu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after account closure.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
