The branding editor
Navigate to: Settings → Storefront → Design → Branding
Four inputs shape the look of your page on every template:
- Primary colour — buttons, links, highlights
- Accent colour — secondary CTAs, hover states, badges
- Font — pick one from Inter (default), Playfair (serif), Montserrat, DM Sans, Manrope
- Logo — shown in the top-left and as the favicon
- Cover image — hero photo above the fold (not used on Minimal template)
- Tagline — one-line pitch under your business name
Changes save as you edit; refresh your public page to see them.
Colour picking
Both colour fields accept hex codes (`#6366F1`) or let you pick from a visual swatch. Pick colours from your logo — the fastest way to a brand-consistent look.
Accessibility tip: make sure your primary colour has enough contrast against white to be readable as text. Our editor flags low-contrast combos.
Logo upload
- PNG or SVG (prefer SVG — crisp at every size)
- Transparent background
- Square ratio (min 200×200)
- Max 2MB
SVG logos render at any size without pixelation, including on retina screens and the favicon.
Cover image
- JPG or PNG
- 3:2 aspect ratio (e.g. 2400×1600)
- Max 5MB
- Gets lazily served as WebP via our CDN for fast loads
Avoid busy covers — the hero overlays your business name + tagline in white text, so a darker image works better.
Tagline writing
Keep it under 80 characters. It's the first thing a new visitor reads. Examples:
- ☕ "Specialty coffee and flaky pastries. Since 2018."
- 💇 "Balayage, bridal, and blowouts in downtown Austin."
- 🧘 "Hot yoga, pilates, and meditation for real humans."
- 💼 "Fractional CFO for SaaS founders shipping product."
Fonts
- Inter — modern sans-serif. Default. Safe choice.
- Playfair — elegant serif. Good for fashion, beauty, restaurants with an upscale feel.
- Montserrat — bold geometric sans. Energetic, works for gyms and studios.
- DM Sans — warm, rounded sans. Friendly, startup-feel.
- Manrope — clean, humanist sans. Great for professional services.
The font applies to headings + body on every template.

Reverting
Tap Reset branding at the bottom of the editor — back to Wemu's default palette (`#6366F1` primary, Inter font, no cover image). Your products and content are untouched.
