Wemu plans overview
Wemu has two plans you can subscribe to yourself, Core and Growth, and Enterprise for larger businesses. Sign up on Growth and you get a 7-day free trial, with no card needed. If you pick Core when you sign up, you pay for Core straight away.

Wemu Core: $29 a month
Core is for one location with a small team:
- POS (checkout, payments, orders)
- Bookings and reservations
- Customer management
- 1 location
- Up to 3 team members
- Basic reports
- Your public booking page
On Core, adding a fourth team member or a second location is stopped with a message to move to Growth.
Wemu Growth: $49 a month per location
Growth includes everything in Core, plus:
- Unlimited team members
- As many locations as you need, at $49 a month each
- Advanced reports and customer insights
- Email campaigns
- Priority support
Wemu Enterprise
For larger businesses with needs beyond Growth, contact us about Enterprise and its pricing.
Monthly or annual
Pay yearly and get 2 months free: Core is $290 a year, and Growth is $490 a year per location. Choose Annual above the plan cards before you subscribe.
Add-ons
Some features are add-ons, listed under Settings → Subscription → Add-ons. Training and SMS Credits switch on right there. To add Pro Storefront or Wemu AI after your trial, email us at [email protected] and we'll add it to your subscription.
- Pro Storefront: $19 a month for Pro templates, your branding and a custom domain
- Training: $19 a month per branch for video lessons and quizzes
- Wemu AI: Lite $9, Pro $19 or Scale $49 a month
- SMS Credits: monthly packs of 500, 2,000 or 5,000 credits for $19, $59 or $129
- Email Credits: every account sends 500 campaign emails a week for free; buy one-time top-ups to send more
Free trial
The 7-day trial runs on Growth with every feature, plus Pro Storefront, Wemu AI on the Scale tier and Training. Before it ends, subscribe to Core or Growth in Settings → Subscription. If the trial ends without a plan, your account is paused: your data stays exactly where it is, and you're back in as soon as you subscribe.
