Wemu plans overview
Wemu offers three plans designed to grow with your business. Each plan is priced per location per month, making it easy to scale as you add more branches.

Wemu Core — $29/location/month
Best for small teams getting started. The Core plan includes everything you need to run a single location with a small team:
- POS (checkout, payments, orders)
- Bookings and reservations
- Customer management (basic profiles, history)
- Up to 3 staff accounts (including the owner)
- 1 location only
- Basic reports
- Public booking page
- Mobile app access
Tip: The Core plan is limited to 1 location and 3 team members. If you need more, upgrade to Growth.
Wemu Growth — $49/location/month
Best for growing businesses with a team. Growth includes everything in Core, plus:
- Unlimited staff accounts
- Multiple locations ($49/month per location)
- Multi-device usage (tablet, mobile, multiple terminals)
- Automations (booking confirmations, reminders, simple workflows)
- Advanced reports (staff performance, sales trends, product/service insights)
- Customer insights (repeat visits, spending patterns)
- Commission tracking
- Invoicing and expense management
- Priority support
The Growth plan comes with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all Growth features during the trial so you can see exactly what you're getting before committing.

Wemu Enterprise — Contact Us
For established businesses at scale. Enterprise includes everything in Growth, plus:
- Unlimited locations
- API access and custom integrations
- Dedicated account manager
- White-label options
- Advanced analytics and data exports
- Custom onboarding
- 24/7 phone and chat support

How to choose
Ask yourself:
- Solo or small team (up to 3)? — Core gives you all the essentials at $29/month
- Growing team or need automations? — Growth unlocks unlimited staff, advanced reports, and multi-device at $49/month per location
- Large operation or need custom integrations? — Enterprise gives you dedicated support and API access
Free trial
The 7-day free trial is available on the Growth plan only for new customers. During the trial, you get full access to all Growth features with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe to Growth or switch to Core.
Tip: Start with the Growth trial to explore all features. You can always downgrade to Core if you don't need the advanced features. There's no penalty for switching plans.
