- Pick when to send it: in 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, or any day you choose
- To keep nudging, switch on Repeat, set how many weeks apart, and stop after a number of sends or on a last day
- For Time to book, Skip it when they already have a booking is on by default
- Check the preview of what will be sent, then save
Back in stock
When a shopper taps Notify me when it's back on a sold-out item in your online shop and signs in with their email, Wemu sets up a Back in stock reminder and emails them once it's back. For a customer who asked in person, pick the item yourself and tick Customer asked to be told.
When the item is back, the message goes out once. Wemu waits until it has seen the item in stock twice, a little while apart, so a single return that sells again straight away doesn't trigger it.

Rules that always apply
- Reminders only go out between 9am and 8pm in your business's time zone.
- A text reminder needs the customer's agreement to texts, and customers who opted out aren't sent anything. If they agree while you're setting it up, you can record that in the same dialog.
- Texts use SMS credits. Email reminders count toward your weekly email allowance, except a back-in-stock alert the customer asked for on your shop.
