What the dashboard shows
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Wemu. It gives you a quick snapshot of how your business is performing today and over recent periods.
Navigate to: Sidebar → Reports → Dashboard
KPI cards
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see key performance indicator cards:
- Revenue Today — Total sales and bookings revenue for today
- Orders Today — Number of orders placed today
- Bookings Today — Number of appointments and classes scheduled
- New Customers — How many new customers were added today
Each card shows a comparison to the previous period (yesterday, last week, etc.) with an arrow indicating whether the metric went up or down.

Revenue chart
Below the KPI cards, a chart shows your revenue trend over the selected time period. You can switch between:
- Daily view — Revenue per day over the past 7 or 30 days
- Weekly view — Revenue per week over the past few months
- Monthly view — Revenue per month over the past year
Activity feed
The activity feed shows recent actions in your account:
- New orders placed
- Bookings confirmed
- Invoices paid
- Team clock-ins and clock-outs
- Stock alerts
This helps you stay aware of what's happening across the business without checking each section individually.
Customizing the date range
By default, the dashboard shows today's data compared to the same day last week. You can change the date range using the date picker:
- Today
- This week
- This month
- Custom range
Tip: Make the dashboard your morning ritual. Open Wemu, glance at the KPI cards and activity feed, and you'll know exactly where things stand before you start your day. It takes 30 seconds and keeps you connected to your business metrics.
Branch filter
If you have multiple locations, use the branch filter to view dashboard data for a specific location or across all locations.
