What team performance reports show

Team performance reports help you understand how each team member contributes to your business. You can see who's selling the most, earning the most commissions, and handling the most bookings.

Accessing the report

1. Go to Reports > Team Performance
2. Select a date range
3. View overall team metrics or drill into individual members

Key metrics per team member

• Total Revenue — Revenue generated by each person's orders and bookings
• Number of Transactions — How many orders or bookings they handled
• Average Transaction Value — Their average order size
• Commissions Earned — Total commissions for the period
• Hours Worked — Clock-in hours from timesheets
• Revenue per Hour — Revenue divided by hours worked

Team rankings

The report shows a leaderboard ranking team members by revenue, transactions, or commissions. This gives you a quick overview of top performers.

Individual deep-dive

Tap any team member to see their detailed breakdown:

• Revenue by service type
• Revenue by product
• Commission details per service
• Booking completion rate
• Customer ratings (if enabled)

Using the data

Team performance data helps with:

• Commission payouts — Calculate exactly what each person earned
• Scheduling decisions — Put top performers in peak hours
• Training needs — Identify who might need extra support
• Incentive programs — Reward high performers
• Hiring decisions — Understand if you're overstaffed or understaffed

Exporting team reports

Export the team performance report as CSV or PDF for payroll or management review. The export includes all metrics and can be filtered by date range and branch.
