Product shop on your profile

Let customers browse and buy products online

Your online product shop

Your public profile includes a product shop where customers can browse your catalog, view product details, and make purchases — all from their phone or computer.

Navigate to: Settings → Business Profile → Product Shop toggle

Enabling the product shop

  1. Go to Settings > Public Profile
  2. Toggle on Product Shop
  3. Choose which product categories to display (or show all)
  4. Save

Products from your catalog that are marked as active will appear on your profile.

How the shop looks

Customers see:

  • A grid of product cards with images, names, and prices
  • Category filters to browse specific types of products
  • A search bar to find products by name
  • Product detail pages with descriptions, variants, and pricing

The purchase flow

  1. Customer browses products and taps one to view details
  2. They select any variants (size, color, etc.)
  3. They tap Add to Cart
  4. They can continue shopping or proceed to checkout
  5. At checkout, they enter their information and payment details
  6. The order is placed and appears in your Orders section

Managing online product availability

Not all products need to be in your online shop. You can control visibility:

  • Active products appear in the shop
  • Draft or Hidden products don't appear
  • You can also limit the shop to specific categories

Product images matter

Since customers can't touch or try products online, images are crucial. Use clear, well-lit photos that show the product from multiple angles if possible.

Tip: Feature your best-selling products at the top of your shop. Put seasonal items or promotions in prominent positions. Think of your online shop like a store window — you want the most appealing items front and center.

Inventory and the shop

If a product is out of stock and you have inventory tracking enabled, it shows as "Out of Stock" on the shop. Customers can't purchase it until stock is replenished.
