What is your public profile
Your public profile is your business's page on Wemu, accessible at wemu.io/your-business-name. It's where customers can learn about your business, browse products, and book services — all without downloading an app.

- Upload your business logo
- Add a cover photo or banner image

Profile sections
Your public profile includes:
- Header — Logo, business name, and cover photo
- About — Your business description
- Services — Bookable services with pricing and availability
- Products — Your product catalog for online browsing and purchase
- Hours — Operating hours for each location
- Location — Address and map
- Contact — Phone, email, and social media links
Customizing your profile URL
Your URL defaults to your business name, formatted as a slug. For example, "Bella Salon" becomes wemu.io/bella-salon. You can customize this to something shorter or more memorable.
Adding social media links
Connect your social media accounts:
- Go to Settings > Public Profile > Social Links
- Add links to your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms
- These appear as icons on your profile
Tip: Your public profile is often the first impression customers have of your business. Invest a few minutes in uploading a good logo and cover photo, writing a compelling description, and making sure your hours and contact info are accurate.
Activating your profile
Your profile is private by default. When you're ready to go live:
- Toggle the Active switch in Public Profile settings
- Your page is now accessible to anyone with the link
- Share the link on social media, your website, or business cards
