What are recurring schedules
Recurring schedules let you define when services are available on a repeating basis. Instead of manually creating each time slot, you set a pattern and Wemu generates the availability automatically.
Navigate to: Sidebar → Services → Select Service → Schedule tab
Creating a recurring schedule
- Go to the service you want to schedule
- Open the Schedule tab
- Tap + Add Recurring Schedule
- Select the repeat pattern: Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly
- Choose the days this schedule applies to (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Set the start time and end time for each day
- Optionally set a start date and end date for the recurring pattern
- Save the schedule

Repeat patterns
- Daily — Available every day within the specified hours
- Weekly — Available on selected days each week (most common)
- Bi-weekly — Alternating weeks, useful for rotating schedules
- Monthly — Specific days each month (e.g., first Monday of every month)
Setting time slots
Within the recurring schedule, you define the time window. For a 1:1 service, Wemu automatically generates bookable slots based on the service duration. For example, a 30-minute service from 9am to 5pm creates slots at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, and so on.
For group classes, each recurring entry represents one class session at the specified time.
Handling exceptions
Need to block out a specific date? Use the Schedule Exception feature to mark dates as unavailable without changing the overall pattern.
- Open the schedule
- Tap Add Exception
- Select the date to block
- Save
Tip: Set up your recurring schedule first, then handle exceptions for holidays or special closures. It's much easier than creating individual slots one by one.
Multiple schedules
You can add multiple recurring schedules for the same service. For example, a yoga class might run Monday/Wednesday at 9am and Tuesday/Thursday at 6pm — that's two separate recurring schedules.
