Why assign multiple providers
Many services can be performed by more than one team member. A barbershop might have five stylists who all do haircuts. A clinic might have three therapists offering the same consultation. Assigning multiple providers gives customers more time slots to choose from and spreads the workload across your team.
Navigate to: Sidebar → Services → Select Service → Providers section
How to assign providers
- Open the service you want to edit (or create a new one)
- Scroll to the Providers section
- Tap + Add Provider
- Select team members from the list
- Repeat for each provider who can perform this service
- Save the service

Provider-specific pricing
You can set different prices depending on the provider. For example:
- Junior Stylist — Haircut at $25
- Senior Stylist — Haircut at $40
- Master Stylist — Haircut at $60
To set provider-specific pricing, tap the price icon next to each provider's name in the assignment list.
How availability works
When a customer books, Wemu checks each provider's individual schedule and shows only available time slots. If one provider is fully booked, the customer can still see slots with other providers.
Customers can either:
- Choose a specific provider they prefer
- Select "Any Available" to get the next open slot with any provider
Provider schedules
Each provider has their own working hours and days off. Wemu respects these when displaying availability. Make sure each team member's schedule is set up correctly under Team > Schedule.
Tip: Encourage customers to use "Any Available" for faster bookings. Many customers care more about getting a convenient time than choosing a specific person, and it helps fill your schedule more evenly.
Removing a provider
To remove a provider from a service, open the service, tap the remove icon next to their name, and save. Existing bookings with that provider won't be affected.
