What is a 1:1 service
A 1:1 service is an appointment between one provider and one customer. Think haircuts, consultations, therapy sessions, or personal training. The customer books a specific time slot with a specific team member.

Setting the duration
Duration determines how long the appointment blocks in the schedule. Choose a realistic duration that includes the actual service time. You can add buffer time separately for cleanup or preparation between appointments.
Common durations:
- Quick services: 15-30 minutes
- Standard appointments: 45-60 minutes
- Longer sessions: 90-120 minutes
Assigning providers
Select which team members can provide this service. When a customer books, they choose from available providers. Each provider's personal schedule and availability is checked automatically.
If only one provider offers the service, customers are automatically assigned to them.
Pricing options
You can set a flat price for the service or configure different prices per provider. For example, a senior stylist might charge more than a junior stylist for the same haircut.
Tip: Start with a small number of well-defined services rather than creating too many options. You can always add more later as your business grows.
Making the service bookable
Once created, the service automatically appears on your public booking page (if your profile is active). Customers can select the service, pick a provider, choose a time, and confirm their booking — all without you needing to do anything.
