Booking a Grab, Lalamove or Borzo driver from Wemu isn't available yet. Their cards in Settings → Integrations show Coming soon while we finish setting them up with each courier, and the Delivery card on an order can't book a driver until then.
When they launch, you'll pick a courier on a local delivery order and book the driver from the order's page, with the driver's status and a tracking link coming back to the order.
Delivering today
Deliver it yourself
Navigate to: Settings → Storefront → Shop → Local Delivery
Set your Delivery radius, Delivery fee, Free delivery over (0 turns it off) and any Delivery notes for customers. On the order, press Mark as Shipping when it leaves and Mark Complete when it's delivered. See Processing online orders.
Post it with a carrier
Offer Shipping with zones and rates, or connect Shippo for live carrier rates and labels. See Shipping online orders.
Book a courier yourself
You can book a courier in the courier's own app, then press Mark as Shipping when the driver collects it and Mark Complete when it's delivered. Send the courier's tracking link to the customer yourself.
Tip: Put your delivery days and cut-off times in the Delivery notes so customers know when to expect their order.
