Why connect a delivery partner
When a customer places a delivery order on your storefront OR you need to send something out for an in-person sale, Wemu can dispatch a Grab, Lalamove, or Borzo rider automatically — no separate app, no manual booking.
Supported providers
| Provider | Markets | Best for |
|----------|---------|----------|
| Grab | 🇵🇭 🇸🇬 🇲🇾 🇮🇩 🇹🇭 🇻🇳 | Food, retail, small parcels |
| Lalamove | APAC + select international | Same-day, larger items, multi-stop |
| Borzo (formerly Dostavista) | 🇧🇷 🇷🇺 🇮🇳 🇲🇽 🇵🇭 and more | Global network, cheap for light parcels |
Connect in 5 minutes
Navigate to: Settings → Integrations → pick the provider
Each connection needs:
- Partner account — sign up on the provider's dashboard first (Grab Merchant, Lalamove Business, Borzo API key)
- API key / credentials — paste into Wemu
- Pickup address — your branch address, auto-filled from branch settings
- Default vehicle type — motorcycle, car, or truck depending on typical order size
Dispatching a ride
On an order with a delivery address:
- Open the order → Dispatch courier
- Pick the provider (if you have more than one connected)
- Price estimate shows — confirm
- Provider returns a booking ID + ETA
- Customer gets an SMS tracking link automatically (if the provider supports it)
Status updates flow back into Wemu in real-time — order moves through `Approved → Shipping → Done` without you touching anything.
Comparing prices
If you have multiple providers connected, the Compare option queries all of them and shows the cheapest + fastest. Pick whichever.
Fees
You pay the provider directly — Wemu doesn't add a markup. Each provider has its own pricing (distance, weight, time-of-day surges).
Disconnecting
Settings → Integrations → [provider] → Disconnect. Active rides continue through the provider's own dashboard; no new dispatches from Wemu.
